Penn State intercollegiate athletic teams at University Park have claimed 62 national championships, including NCAA titles by the fencing team, men's gymnastic and volleyball teams. As a member of the Big Ten Conference since 1990, Penn State has captured over 40 conference championships and 10 tournament titles.

Penn State University Athletic Conference

The PSUAC provides intercollegiate athletic opportunities and competitive experiences to over 1,350 student-athletes in ten sports at 14 Penn State campuses or Penn State affiliated entities. In addition to competing for a PSUAC title, members aspire to compete for a national title in the USCAA.
